Discussions & Key Decisions
1. Venue Walkthrough
The team met with the venue manager and conducted a full walkthrough of the venue grounds, available open-air structures, and storage warehouses (go-downs) that can be utilized.
- The venue manager indicated that a CAD drawing of the entire site layout is available and will be shared.
2. Initial Layout Planning
The team discussed baseline parameters for space distribution. Designs will be adapted to fit:
- Existing permanent structures (which reduces staging build costs).
- Open space distribution to facilitate comfortable foot traffic.
3. Parking Assessment
Parking feasibility was determined to be excellent, with an estimated capacity of 2,000–3,000 cars. Allocating specific parking zones and entry/exit points will be essential to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
