Complete negotiations and pay the mini-tier license fee to the global Make Community team. This grants legal usage of the “Maker Faire” trademark and graphics package, and listings on the official global event map.

Action Steps

  1. Funding Coordination: Complete sponsorships discussions with Tom (COO, Kerala Startup Mission) and corporate partners (MD of Robu) to pool the USD 2,500 licensing fee.
  2. Onboarding call: Finalize participation details, logo usage rules, and guidelines on Jennifer’s briefing call.
  3. Domain & Brand Activation: Once payment goes through, officially activate the makerfaire.in domain and launch community marketing.
